"Bees Knees" Tempranillo Rosé

Delish, dry and savoury Rosé
Description
Pale salmon colour with lifted raspberry, rose petal, subtle spice and citrus. Elegantly textured and balanced red fruits are complemented by soft lingering tannins. It will disappear from your glass before you can say “yes way rosé”.
The Tempranillo grapes were sourced from a vineyard near the Carbunup River in Margaret River. The fruit was hand-harvested, chilled then whole bunch pressed very gently to extract the pure juice and tannin and left to cold settle in tank before being racked into seasoned oak barrels for wild fermentation. Once ferment was complete, the wine was stirred periodically on lees to build texture and complexity then left to mature for 6 months before being prepared for bottling.
About the Name: "Bees Knees" meaning – an excellent or much liked person or thing. My sister was the bee’s knees!
